Hardware Support — Terms of Service

1. Who we serve

This is a B2B (business-to-business) service only. For laptop and desktop support, we serve offices with 10 or more laptops or desktops, and we don't take requests from individuals or for fewer than 10 devices. Server support has no minimum number of devices. We provide service across India.

2. Diagnosis

On-site diagnosis (checking what is wrong) is free for laptops and desktops (10+ devices). Server diagnosis is ₹4,500 per visit.

3. Charges

Repairs and parts are charged as per the quote you approve. No work starts before your approval.

4. Server support charges

• Server engineer visit and diagnosis: ₹4,500 (fixed, first visit).
• Repair and any further work are charged based on the issue, as per a written quote approved by the customer.
• Spare parts are charged separately.

5. Warranty

• Every part we replace has a 30-day warranty.
• The warranty covers the replaced part only.
• If a repaired device has an issue with that part within the warranty period, we will resolve it within 2 working days.

6. Written confirmation

All quotes, approvals and instructions are confirmed in writing, by email or WhatsApp. Verbal instructions can be missed, so please go ahead only after written confirmation from us.

7. Data responsibility

NXBIRD is not responsible for any data on hard disks, SSDs or other storage. Please back up all data before service. We inform you about this before starting any work.

8. Where work is done

• Part replacements are done on-site, at your office.
• Body, panel and colour work is done off-site at our repair partner.
