• You may use the website to learn about NXBIRD and contact us for legitimate business purposes.
• You must not misuse the website — for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, overloading it, or sending false or unlawful information.

We do not publish prices; cost and timelines depend on scope and are set out in a written quote. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice.

4. Quotes and project agreements

• Every project begins with a written quote describing scope, deliverables, cost, payment terms and an estimated schedule. Work starts only after you accept the quote in writing.
• If a separate project agreement is signed, that agreement governs the project and prevails over these terms where they differ.
• Changes to scope after acceptance may change cost and schedule, and will be agreed in writing first.
• Invoices are issued with GST as applicable under Indian law.
• Payment terms, cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and in your quote.

5. Your responsibilities as a client

• Provide accurate information, content and timely feedback.
• Make sure you have the rights to any content, logos or data you give us to use.
• Give us the access needed for the project, such as to domains, hosting or third-party accounts.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to NXBIRD unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Ownership of work created for a client project is set out in the quote or project agreement for that project. Default ownership terms: [To be confirmed].

7. Third-party services

Projects and this website may use third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, app stores and WhatsApp. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NXBIRD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability for a client project is set out in the quote or project agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Complaints and grievances

For complaints about this website or our services, contact our Grievance Officer, Pankaj Pal and Jitendra Yadav, at info@nxbird.com. To the extent the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 apply to this website, complaints will be handled within the timelines those rules require.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
