Answer quick sums in 60 seconds. Addition and subtraction up to multiplication and division.
Math Sprint
Pick the right answer as fast as you can. You have 60 seconds and get 10 points per correct answer. Race the robot to each answer, or take turns with a friend. Keys 1–4 work too.

How to play
Press Start, read the sum and tap the right answer. On a computer you can press 1, 2, 3 or 4 instead. Each correct answer gives 10 points. If you pick a wrong one, the right answer lights up so you learn it for next time. Keep going until the 60 seconds run out.
Levels
- Easy: adding and taking away with small numbers.
- Medium: bigger numbers and times tables up to 10.
- Hard: all four operations, including division.
Tips for faster mental maths
- Round and adjust: 29 + 18 is 30 + 18 − 1 = 47.
- Learn your times tables up to 10 × 10; they make division easy too.
- Look at the options first. Often only one has the right last digit.
- A few minutes a day beats a long session once a week.

Questions about the math sprint
What sums are in each level?
Easy has addition and subtraction up to 10. Medium adds bigger numbers and times tables. Hard adds division, always with whole-number answers.
Is this good for school children?
Yes. Quick, regular practice helps children recall number facts faster. The easy level suits younger children, and answers are never negative.
Do wrong answers lose points?
No. A wrong answer only costs time, because the right answer is shown briefly before the next sum.
