Cost depends on scope. Share your requirements and we'll send a written quote. Payment is 75% in advance before work starts and the remaining 25% before final delivery. Once you approve the requirements in writing, any later change in scope is quoted separately before we do it.

The schedule also depends on how quickly content, access and feedback are available. Larger projects are delivered in stages, so you can review progress before the next stage begins.

Yes. NXBIRD works with clients in India and worldwide. Our process is remote-friendly: discovery calls, demos and reviews happen over video call, WhatsApp and email, with communication in English. Scope, cost and milestones are agreed in writing, so the process works the same wherever you are.

It depends on the plan in your quote. On a managed plan, your project is hosted on NXBIRD's servers. You get your content and admin panel, and we manage the server and code. On a full handover plan, we hand over the source code, design and logins after final payment. Your content, logo and data always stay yours.

You get 7 days to test the delivered work. Bugs or errors you report in that period are fixed free of charge; if no issue is reported within 7 days, the project is treated as accepted. New features or changes after that are quoted separately, and ongoing support is available through an optional AMC.

No. NXBIRD is a remote-first company and all meetings are online by video call, phone or WhatsApp. This lets us work with clients across India and abroad, with the same team from first call to launch.
