CRM & ERP Solutions

NXBIRD builds and customises CRM and ERP systems for businesses that want sales, customers, inventory and accounts in one place. We set up the modules you need, move your existing data and train your team.

What are CRM and ERP systems?

A CRM (customer relationship management) system tracks leads, customers and sales activity. An ERP (enterprise resource planning) system connects operations such as inventory, purchasing, orders, billing and accounts. Many businesses use both, connected to each other.

What we build

  • Sales and lead CRM
  • Inventory management
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Custom ERP modules
  • CRM and ERP integrations

Who this is for

People also ask about crm & erp solutions

How much does a CRM or ERP cost?

Cost depends on scope. Share your requirements and we'll send a written quote. The price depends on the features, integrations, design work and content involved. We explain each part of the quote in plain language before any work begins, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

How long does a CRM or ERP take?

Timelines depend on scope. Share your requirements for a written quote, which includes an estimated schedule with clear milestones. The schedule also depends on how quickly content, access and feedback are available. Larger projects are delivered in stages, so you can review progress before the next stage begins.

What is your process?

We follow four stages: Discover, Design, Build, and Launch & Support. First we understand your goals and agree on scope and cost in writing. Then we plan and design, build in stages with regular updates, test the work and launch it with you. NXBIRD's directors are involved from the first call to launch.

Do you provide support and maintenance after launch?

Yes. After delivery there is a 7-day testing and acceptance period, and bugs or errors you report during it are fixed free of charge. After acceptance, new features or changes are quoted separately, and ongoing support and maintenance are available through an optional annual maintenance contract (AMC).

Who owns the code and designs?

It depends on the plan in your quote. On a managed plan, hosted on NXBIRD's servers, you get your content and admin panel while we manage the server and code. On a full handover plan, source code, design and logins are handed over after final payment. Your content, logo and data always remain yours.

How do you keep the project secure?

Security is planned from the start. We use HTTPS, validate inputs on the server, keep secret keys out of the code, give each user only the access they need and keep software dependencies updated. Personal data is collected only where it is needed and handled with care.

What technology do you use for CRM and ERP?

For custom CRM and ERP systems we use Next.js and TypeScript for the interface, Node.js on the server and MySQL with Prisma for data. Where an existing CRM or ERP product suits you better, we can customise and integrate it instead, and we explain the trade-offs before you decide.

Can you import our existing data?

Yes. We can import customers, products, stock and other records from spreadsheets or your current system. Before importing, we clean duplicates and check formats with you, then run a test import so you can verify the data before the final switch to the new system.
